Our Staff is Dedicated to Providing Quality Early Care and Education

We have educated and trained early childhood professionals on staff. Our teachers are loving, nurturing toward the children and very involved in the learning process. At all times there is at least one person on staff with CPR & First Aid Training. All staff members are required to complete 12-clock hours a year in child related training. However, many of our teachers choose to take a early childhood class at the local community college to enhance their teaching skills.

All staff members meet the Missouri Department of Health Bureau of Child Care requirements and the Missouri Accreditation Educational Guidelines to assure a safe and quality environment for the children. To assure that our teachers are highly skilled in quality care, we hold bi-weekly quality care meetings to discuss how to improve early care and education in our classrooms.
